I’m Viktoriia Lebedinskaia, professionally known as Vikki Swan.

I’m an international nail educator, competition judge, and multiple award-winning nail champion based in Los Angeles.

I specialize in advanced Russian manicure techniques, nail architecture, hard gel, dual forms, and professional pedicure education.
Throughout my career, I have worked with nail professionals from different countries, participated in international nail competitions, earned multiple professional awards, and shared my experience as an educator and judge.

Today, one of the main directions of my work is professional education for nail technicians.

I teach advanced in-person courses in Los Angeles and provide online education for nail professionals worldwide through Nail Insider Club — my learning platform and private nail tech community.

My goal is to help nail professionals improve their technique, deepen their professional knowledge, and continue growing in the nail industry.
